To brew, steep 1–2 heaping teaspoons per 8 oz of water at a full boil for 5–7 minutes. A longer steep brings out more apple sweetness. Add a drizzle of honey for an apple-pie treat, or brew it strong and pour over ice for a crisp fall iced tea. Available in ½ oz sample (3–5 cups), 2 oz, 4 oz and 8 oz sizes, hand-blended in small batches and heat-sealed for freshness.
