To brew, steep 1 heaping teaspoon per 8 oz of water at a full boil for 5–7 minutes. For a pitcher of iced tea, steep ¼ cup of tea in 4 cups of boiling water for 10 minutes, strain, sweeten to taste and add 4 cups of cold water and ice. Available in ½ oz sample (3–5 cups), 2 oz, 4 oz and 8 oz sizes, hand-blended in small batches and heat-sealed for freshness.
