Use 2–3 teaspoons of loose tea per 1 cup (8 oz) of water. Add the tea to your infuser, strainer or tea bag and pour hot water over the herbs. Cover and steep for 15–20 minutes, then strain and enjoy. The herbs may be resteeped for a second, lighter cup.
