To brew, steep 1 heaping teaspoon per 8 oz of water at a full boil for 4–5 minutes. For a true chai latte, simmer 2 teaspoons in 1 cup of half water, half milk on the stove for 5 minutes, sweeten with honey or brown sugar, and strain. It's also excellent iced as a dirty chai with a shot of espresso. Available in ½ oz sample (3–5 cups), 2 oz, 4 oz and 8 oz sizes, hand-blended in small batches and heat-sealed for freshness.
